BATS is a great quality transportation service located in the Kansas City area. They are ALWAYS on time and go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable and safe as possible during the ride. I have never had a problem with this service, and I would recommend it to anyone coming to and from the airport. BATS? charge is reasonable and much cheaper than the average cab ride. Mario (the owner) is the sweetest man and an extremely hard worker by always providing the best service … I would never choose anyone other transportation besides BATS to take me to the airport! Thank you for picking me up from MCI to my Hotel. I really enjoyed the trip. Also, thank you for introducing the Kansas City to me, that helped me know more about the kind city! It was really weird to hear a Chinese singer — Teresa Teng’s song, and I liked all the song style introduced by Mario! Such an excellent guidance that I almost forget the time. There still some other service like take photos for me that really evoked my memory. Thank you for all the things, and I really enjoy the shuttle service by BATS!
